The app is crashing. It closes When you try to use it. Trash. I want my money back.

So guys, i have to ask several questions. I bought your app and cant use it... wtf? Maybe is it time to do anything?

I love RateBeer but this app is utter garbage. Ive tried and tried but I give up. Untappd, here I come.

The reviews are a great resource and the barcode scanner is a big time-saver...or at least it would be if only this app werent...so...incredibly...slow...Not to mention the constant crashes. ratebeer.com is a great website, but the app needs some serious work.

Crashes constantly and when it does work, its unbearably slow. Also, if you should turn your phone to landscape mode while typing a review, you lose everything.

Downloaded but wont run. Tough to actually rate an App that does not even work. How can this app even be in the store?!?! Trying to get my money back.

This app had so much potential but it is literally never updated and is often buggy. RateBeer is awesome; this app is just barely scratches the surface. The label scanner is too slow or fails. Ratings require a write-up but if you leave the app mid-review you lose your work. Interface could be much better. Lately it has not even started up. Disappointing despite over 500 rating.

I just bought this to run on iPad. It crashes in 10 seconds every time. Im very disappointed that I just paid four dollars for this piece of complete junk.

Couldnt get this app to run reliably on my iPhone. Tried reinstalling and restarting the iPhone, but it kept shutting down before I was able to do anything.

Despite repeated updates released, the app continues to crash shortly after launch. I confirmed with several friends who, together with myself, would have rated the app 5 stars for the first year or so of owning it. Unfortunately we all continue to check periodically hoping an app or iOS update will cure the crashing issue, but it has been seven months since the app has functioned without crashing immediately. Dont wast your money, or at least google first to see if the problem is resolved. (Written September 2016)

I think this app has worse ratings than Bud Lite Mango, but after the last update I cant actually get the app to open for me to check the accuracy of my claim. Why, Rate Beer, wont you hire a competent programmer to dig yourself out of this hole? Backtrack a few versions! Anything!
